In the comfort of our office, patients receive a comprehensive examination and treatment using state-of-the-art techniques and equipment. Each treatment program at the Foot and Ankle Specialists of Iowa begins with an individualized evaluation, including a thorough discussion about your foot problem, your general health, and your lifestyle. A physical examination of the foot and ankle is then performed, including x-rays and other laboratory tests as needed for a complete evaluation. Dr. Nassif can then discuss his findings, diagnosis, and treatment options with you. Whenever possible, your foot problems will be corrected rather than releived temporarily.

Telephone Policy
All patients are encouraged to call with any questions or concerns regarding podiatric problems. The office staff has been trained to answer many of your questions. Telephone consultations, however, are discouraged to assure proper diagnosis and treatment. Only through an examination can Dr. Nassif ensure an accurate evaluation of your foot problem.
Insurance
Most insurance is accepted. Insurance cards should be presented at initial office visit. We file all allowable insurance claims as a courtesy of our office. Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees already paid to the doctor. It is NOT a substitute for payment.
Since it would be impossible for us to be familiar with the details of every insurance plan, we ask that you be aware of your finanical responsibilities for 2nd opinions, prior authorization, or primary care referrals under the terms of your policy. We expect all accounts paid in full within 90 days from the date of service. |
